The above rates are quoted on a per night basis for single or double occupancy in Canadian dollars plus 13% sales tax, plus, effective April 01 2004, The HRM Marketing Levy, a 2% room tax. There is an additional charge of $ 15.00 for each additional person in the room. Cots are available at a charge of $ 10.00. Children under 16 stay free.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations can be cancelled or changed without penalty provided notice is received by the inn before 12:00 PM prior to the day of arrival. Notice to cancel received after 12:00 PM on the day prior to arrival is subject to a charge equal to the first night's stay and applicable taxes.
